So my Father in Law just got him self an almost free 77 924, that has spent the last 15 years in a pole shed, only being run once or twice a year.
Honestly I love it. I’ve always had a soft sopt for these cars I love the bubbly yet sharp design. The plaid seats don’t hurt either.
Anyway the reason I posted this was to ask about a weird little key hole aboutan inch or so behind the driver’s door. What is it/

Probably an old school anti theft system. There were a lot of different varieties (kill fuel pump, kill ecm, just a fuel petcock, etc.)
